These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of games, applications, websites, and related digital services published or operated by Mostech Solutions & Digital Innovations (“Mostech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to Mostech products and services that link to or reference them, regardless of the platform through which they are distributed, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, and other supported distribution platforms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using one of our games, applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the relevant product or service.

These Terms supplement applicable Apple terms and do not replace mandatory rights or obligations imposed by Apple or applicable law.

5. Google Play

If you obtain a Mostech application through Google Play, your use of the application may also be subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, billing rules, and account requirements.

Purchases processed through Google Play may be subject to Google’s applicable billing and refund procedures, as well as any rights available under applicable law.

6. Steam

If you obtain or access one of our products through Steam, your use of Steam and Steam-provided functionality is also subject to Valve’s applicable agreements, policies, and rules.

7. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You may use our products only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.

In some cases, users may need to contact Mostech regarding purchase problems or refund requests after the period handled directly by Google.
